The massage therapist didn’t check in during the massage or listen to what was said in the beginning. They also didn’t read the forms that were filled out prior to the appointment because they massaged areas that were clearly indicated to not touch.

The massage was a spiritual, uplifting experience. It relieved much tension all over my body and I am still feeling relaxed the next day. Took my daughters yesterday and we really enjoyed ourselves. My masseuse, Marcus was fantastic!! I even signed up to be a member. He was firm but gentle and very knowledgeable. Next appointment already booked! You won’t be disappointed, promise.

My massage was very relaxing. However I paid for a 60 minute massage and I was only massaged for 45. Five minutes of the beginning is just you undressing. And then my therapist stopped TEN minutes early and then I got dressed and came up front to pay. I am aware that sometimes they do the five minutes at the beginning and end for dressing but I was pretty shocked when she stopped ten minutes early. The therapist also only wore her mask covering her mouth and not her nose.

I booked a reservation for my daughter and I for my birthday. I just wanted to spend some time with my daughter before she leaves for college. They called me at 9:30 pm the day before my appointment to tell me they had to cancel because of an issue with the massage therapist. I understood the issue, but they didn’t offer any type of compensation. I was really looking forward to it, but I guess they think it’s okay to do that to people.

I have a monthly membership and massages have been overall good, though the turnover rate is high so as soon as I get a therapist I really like it seems like they’re leaving. I got one facial there and wouldn’t get another. It’s supposed to be an hour (50 min) but only lasted 30min! $75 (including tip) for a half hour service is not something I’d indulge in again. I can get better facials that are truly an hour for the same price or less elsewhere.
