Critical: QualityThe massage therapist Sarah was not that good. I requested firm but she was too soft with the rub down. Her rub felt like she did not want to do her job because she was ready to leave. She was sniffling the whole time while giving the massage. She didn’t even want to hold a conversation. This was my first experience and will be last experience with this place. I heard Massage Envy was good so I’m going to check them out. The massage therapist Sarah was not that good. I requested firm but she was too soft with the rub down. Her rub felt like she did not want to do her job because she was ready to leave. She was sniffling the whole time while giving the massage. She didn’t even want to hold a conversation. This was my first experience and will be last experience with this place. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Massage Lux Creve Coeur for about 6 months. The Manager, Asst Manager and Staff have been exceptionally amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Always with a great smile and willingness to make my experience an enjoyable one, My therapist, Ellen does a excellent job focusing on the areas that need worked on. The facility is always clean. I have been going to Massage Lux Creve Coeur for about 6 months. The Manager, Asst Manager and Staff have been exceptionally amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Always with a great smile and willingness to make my experience an enjoyable one, My therapist, Ellen does a excellent job focusing on the areas that need worked on. The facility is always clean. Purchased 2 gift cards back in November and finally was able to schedule appointments.
