Clean, comfortable facility. Unfortunately the massage was the worst I have ever received anywhere. The therapist talked the whole time, mostly complaining. She even complained about how terrible the spa music was, which I actually enjoyed the spa music. I was so uncomfortable! The actual massage was terrible, she hardly did any actual rubbing and instead mostly just pressed on me with her forearms. The actual service time for the massage was around 40 minutes, of which she spent the first 15 minutes lightly touching spots on my feet. It may have been meant to be reflexology but I couldn’t even feel it, the pressure was so light and it wasn’t in the right spots for reflexology either. I am thinking she spent so much time there because she was sitting and it was easy to just sit there and press on my feet. She also sat in front of me when she was working on my neck, back, and shoulders. I’ve never had a massage therapist sit for most of the service. Overall a really horrible experience and I will never return here.

I like how the waiting room is separate from the front of the store. They offer water or different flavors of tea. My facial masseuse was Nikki. She was very friendly and taught me a lot about my skin. I like how she told me about the products they sell but didn’t hound me to make a purchase. She also wrote down what she used during my session if I wanted to buy the products online. There is plenty of parking nearby. Overall it was a great experience.

The massage itself was good, but didn’t start by putting on a hot pad to warm the muscles up at all so the beginning felt jolting and a bit painful. She also ended it 10 minutes early, so including beginning consultation and undressing the actual massage was only about 43 minutes instead of an hour. The front receptionist stared at me rudely when I indicated that I didn’t want to add a gratuity so I ended up giving one since I felt pressured.

My massage therapist was great! She did a thorough job communicating and making me feel comfortable, and the massage was wonderful. Thankfully she made up for the poor service at the front desk. The receptionist was so unkind the moment I walked in that I almost paid and left without going through with my appointment.

Only stopped in to purchase a gift card. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. While I personally do not get spa treatments, I can attest that this place is the choice of the ladies in my life. My wife and daughter are huge fans and gift cards here are always well received.

This particular establishment is very good. Both myself and my husband really enjoyed our massages. The only thing I hate about this place is you get way less than an hour massage. It’s more like 40 minutes.

Critical: QualityScheduled an hour long Swedish massage. When I got there the lady started by telling me to have my entire nose covered with my mask. My mask was literally up to my eyes. She started the massage and said oh I need a trigger point massage so I agreed to pay $40 more cause I know my muscles are very tight and I could use it. But she didn’t go deeper or anything. Felt just like a Swedish massage so what was my extra $40 for??? The entire massage just left like someone rubbing oil on my skin. Didn’t dig deep to work out any tension.Then she finished up and I got dressed. Noticed the time was 11:45 and I had an hour massage that started at 11. So where was my extra 15 minutes?? So I got dressed went to the from desk to pay my $40 and just get out of here and the lady said I get a free session in this hydro bed thing.
