I can’t wait to go back!!! The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and very welcoming. They don’t make you feel obligated to purchase any of the services, they explain and inform you of services offered. Marcus was absolutely wonderful during my massage. Once started, he just knew where my kinks where and where I carry the most tension. His hands are magical! I will definitely be going back!!!!!

Critical: CommunicationScheduled a full body massage with a hot stone placement and reviewed fifty minutes of shoulder and upper back massage instead! The therapist completely disregarded what I scheduled after verbally asking me what it is that I would be getting today. He also wrote it down on paper as if he was confirming what I wanted. I should have left when I arrived and he was thirty minutes late to my session. I would not recommend getting a massage from this place. People work hard for their money. I was also forced to pay the price still today for services I did not receive! Scheduled a full body massage with a hot stone placement and reviewed fifty minutes of shoulder and upper back massage instead! The therapist completely disregarded what I scheduled after verbally asking me what it is that I would be getting today. He also wrote it down on paper as if he was confirming what I wanted. During a recent massage at this location I heard “clicking”noises throughout my massage. I rationalized the noises by assuming it was an electronic oil dispenser. As I was getting off of the massage table after the massage I looked up and noticed that there was a tile missing in the ceiling and there was a light on in what I would call an attic because I’m not sure there is a second floor. I did not see a person or cameras but I did take pictures of the missing tile. At best, this was a major oversight on the company’s part. A customer should never feel unsafe especially during an appointment where a person is so vulnerable (i.e., partially undressed during a massage). Before I left, I notified the people working the front desk. I filed a police report after the appointment. The police did not find evidence of a camera. However, I did find out later that there have been multiple reports filed against this company. Please be aware of your surroundings if you choose this company and do not ever be afraid to speak up if you feel violated in any way.

I usually go to the Kirkwood location however, this location is actually closer and thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed. I had a therapist named Crystal. She was very good and helped relieve a bad upper back sprain. Would recommend her in a second. In general, the stores are chains but the people they hire are generally great. Be specific about your needs when making an appointment and the receptionist can recommend the right therapist to suit you best. (Should you go to the Kirkwood location, Irene is the best)
