10/10 would recommend! Today I had a facial and it was the relaxation I needed! The front desk attendant was super friendly, personable and knowledgeable! The esthetician who did my facial was exactly the same! Overall great experience! Will return!

Nice customer service, but changed my massage time one day and then cancelled on me the day of, less than 6 hours before the scheduled time. The massage was a gift and I didn’t get to enjoy it!

I became a member of massage luxe about two years ago. I cannot tell you how wonderful the service is there. The store manager, Hannah, was the most pleasant person I have ever met. She is full of joy, kindness and truly, was the primary reason I decided to become a member. You can get a massage anywhere – but when you come across someone who truly changes your experience and takes it over the top, you can’t go anywhere else. FIVE STARS!

I had a scheduled massage. When I arrived they stated they left me a massage to reschedule and told me to have a great day. I would have rescheduled but they basically told me to leave.As I’m walking to my car, I received notification that my massage was canceled.

I purchased a gift card for Father’s Day at this location and WAS NOT told that the gift card was only valid for this location. When I scheduled my husband’s massage he was told at the Hanley location that he couldn’t use the gift card. The manager(at the Hanley location) was super helpful and apologetic and told me to reach out to Manchester. When speaking with Hannah, I was told that there’s nothing that she can do and that there is a small sticker on the gift card that says valid at this location only. No one inspects their gift cards to anywhere after purchasing for any information that should have been communicated VERBALLY. Hannah advised me to call corporate and refused to provide the phone number and told me to do a google search for the corporate number. When I called corporate there were no prompts available where I could speak with someone. And I also found out at each location is owned by different owners; so calling corporate wouldn’t resolve anything. I called Hannah back to be told she wasn’t sure which prompts to select and offered me her gmail email address to send my complaint and she would forward my complaint to the district manager. If she was unwilling to help me the first time that we spoke; I highly doubt she will forward my email. At this point, I no longer want to do business with This location due to the runaround, lack of assistance and lack of willingness to take initiative for your employees mistake. This is utterly ridiculous and I am highly upset at the lack of assistance I received.
