There contracts are screwy and to get constant message lined up can be a pain. 30 days out or more(my thought on purpose so your charged another month). However, always a great to decent message. Never a terrible time. Always clean.

Do not get locked into their monthly club. You can never get in here for a message. They don’t have very many message specialist. So this is why it’s so hard to get in. Manager not very good at handling a complaint. The lady that did my message was just okay. Not bad or anything just nice but talked a lot. I tried again for the 4th time to get appointment and they are 3 weeks out again. I never got to use this club membership since opening it a few months back. Don’t get locked in!

From the reception area to the massage therapists. They are awesome. I look forward to my monthly massages. A shoutout to James and Gina. Best masseuses there in my opinion. They take the time to ask if I have any problem areas that need to be worked over. Heather at the front desk is great as well. They are always professional and friendly. Love the hydro bed. Try to get there early to get some time on it. Always feel refreshed when I leave.

Some massages great some not great. Keep in mind it is a 50 min massage not 1 hr. Plan on booking appointments at least 3 weeks or more in advance. That doesn’t really help when you have an issue that needs to be address within days not weeks. Consistent therapist seems to be difficult because of therapist turn over.

Poor customer service. My $20 tip turned into a $40 charge with no explanation until I called the store twice to finally get an answer. If you cancel your membership and select giftcard option be sure you have your appointments booked well in advance bc otherwise you’ll have to pay $20 to use the 1 hr massage you’ve also already paid for!! They claim that this is their policy but yet the staff seems to be unaware of it. And don’t even bother with customer service in the store they hung up on me instead of transferring me to the manager.
