Jessica at the Willowbrook facility gave me the best one hour massage I have ever had, I received a gift card from my husband for the massage and was very hesitant. I went here since my right part of my neck and back were killing me lately. I got a 60 min massage and it went well no complaints. Only thing is that my massage was starting at 3:15 and it ended at 4 so a little short but it was enough for me I guess but not sure how is the time counted. Next time I am starting a timer .

I took my mother there for Mother’s Day weekend for me and her to get a massage. We both had 90 minutes and our masseuse did not finish either one of our massages. Literally the whole front side wasn’t done. I asked the masseuse why and she said she just didn’t have enough time. You had 90 minutes!!! Also she didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve never been rubbed that way in my life. This by far was the worst massage I ever had. I will never come back. The facial was good but the massage was horrible.

They are allowed to cancel their appointments with you at any given time without reason but refuse to extend the extend the same courtesy if you request to reschedule due to, at least in my situation, safety concerns. My appointment was cancelled. I asked if it was possible to perhaps get in at a later time. They ended up rescheduling me. A couple hours later a severe winter storm warning is issued for the appointment time frame. I did not feel safe commuting during a snow storm, so I immediately attempted to call to reschedule for another day but they had closed earlier than their usual closing time. I called back as soon as I woke up the following day but since it wasn’t within ‘6 hours’ of my appointment (my call was 3 hours before the app. time), I was informed I would lose what I paid if I didn’t come in for the appointment. I asked for the manager on 3 different occasions during our conversation and was even put on hold at one point. It wasn’t until the 3rd time I requested to speak with the manager, I’m told she is the manager (with the way she handled the call and avoided answering my request to speak with the manager, I doubt she’s the actual manager). She also acknowledged my attempt to call the day before based on caller id records but still refused to allow me to reschedule. In addition to a total and complete disregard for my safety concerns, there were other parts of our conversation that made it quite clear they do not care for or respect their clientele nor are they interested in retaining their customers. It’s all about self-interest and how to trap you with their ‘fine print’ to get your money. I have gone to multiple locations, been a member, bought and used their gift cards but I am done! I have to doubt I was speaking to the actual manager because in all my years of being a consumer, my experiences with managers have been positive. Typically they are willing to work with their customers because they care about the reputation of their company and customer satisfaction. Not this place. I was told point blank she does not care about reviews or if my friends or family stop patronage. Good to know! It’s hard to swallow that while she admitted I called the day before to cancel, she still refused to accommodate my request to reschedule based on the unsafe travel conditions. If you choose to use their services, be warned they will not work with you and they do not care about your situation or safety. At the same time, they will cancel on you at the drop of a dime. Please don’t ever book anything at this place. If I could have given a Zero star – I would. Not only that these people don’t understand that clients are the lifeblood of their business, they went extra mile to ensure we weren’t welcomed. I think when they saw two gift vouchers, they made sure that they communicated that at least 10-20minutes will be taken from the 90 minutes massage that we have signed up for to do consultation. Really, cutting every corner they can not to give you what you signed up for. Not to mention inability to communicate and explain that redemption was one per person per service. The receptionist kept repeating same one sentence in circles without maintaining an eye contact. Then, when asked to speak to her Manger, she confirmed that her staff are scripted and trained to behave like that. No human factor in any of this……it was very concerning.

Worst spent 40 minutes and $$ in my life. I made an appointment for one hour massage and got less then 30minutes before she said times up. The forms and registration, id check, took like 15 minutes, then the time while she was setting the ambience, spraying the room, setting the temperature and all that it took another 10 mins and all that was calculated in my appointment. I asked for swedish or deep tissue massage and got only petting. After the 4th atempt to explain her tnat i was trying to schedulle a swedish massage because i was sore and my mussles were tight i gave up. I only got slow petting. Like very slow petting. For 30 mins. Would never recommend to anyone to waste their time or money.
