This place and all the Massage Luxe locations are complete trash. I called and let them know I would be at my 12pm appointment 10 min late and they said okay thats fine. When I got there they started my 60 min massage at 12:20. Midway through she asked if I wanted to add 30 mins for additional time I said sure. I got out at 1:18pm. When I came out I asked them why was I let out early. They said the 10 mins I got there late was counted towards my 60 min (she also confirmed that “60 min massage is 50 min and 90 min massage is 80 min”) so I said okay I started at 12:20pm 80 min would be 1:30. She mumbled and went back to the excuse of me coming in 10 min late.

Had the most ridiculously degrading experience at massage Luxe Novi taking my mother and her sister for a massage and they were not only extremely stand off-ish at the front desk but when on to be extremely rude during their sessions which they cut short causing them to have the most unpleasant experience. For an industry that should take pride in providing physical and mental comfort you and your staff really dropped ball on providing either and I’ll be sure to share the Good news on this location and their rude staff.

My husband bought me a gift card for this spa. He tried, but this is not my thing. I am not interested in these services. I attempted to return the gift card but they explained their strict no returns policy. My husband spent $240 on a gift that has no value to me. They will take no action to assist me at. The receptionist make a phone call to someone who said no. Then she said she would have her district manager call me. Based on the experience at the desk I do not have any expectations for this call should it happen. If it does go better, I will make sure I update this review.

This is a great place for a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend Aidan for deep tissue. I have a monthly membership. It’s not the spa experience (robes, tea, frozen grapes) but not supposed to be. It’s relaxing, quiet and effective for getting the kinks out.

On July 30th my Grandmother and I visited this location to get massages for her 85th birthday and it was the worst experience ever. I explained my to my Therapist Patrick my areas of concerns and all he did was move his hands back and forth. There was no technique whatsoever. I try to get massages monthly due to back pain, self care, driving for work and this was nothing but disappointment. I did not feel any relief I felt agitated. It was a waste of my time and money. Also my Grandmother said her therapist wasn’t that good either.
