I had a $100 massage on my account that expired 3 days prior to my knowledge. I was told the expiration would be at the end of December. Due to some fine print, they didn’t allow me to book the massage. It was 3 days past the expiration. I would’ve returned as a customer as it’s less than a block from my house but the attendant wasn’t sorry and refused to help me out. Not a great business plan.

As a member, I’ve visited many times and had great experiences. However, I went recently for a Swedish massage and my neck began to hurt a few hours later. I have never had neck pain or pain of any sort. I gave it time because there’s sometimes soreness after massages. A week later I was still barely able to move my neck. I called them and they assured me they’d check in with the masseuse and call me back. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I’m scheduled to see a doctor because my neck is still in pain. The masseuse caused damage to my neck. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Scam company. Will try make you come in person to cancel the membership even though their contract states that you are able to cancel online or over the phone. Massage was 3/10 but all the calls trying to pressure you into extending your membership are a huge red flag. Customer service representatives very rude over the phone. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE

I have been here for two messages and one facial so far. All my experiences have be GREAT. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the music playing is nice. Setting up an appointment is easy and you can even book for other people. I brought my friend with me the second time I came. Once you tell the masseuse what you need and what not to massage, you can just relax and enjoy your time. Swedish massage really took away all my shoulder pain as well! I have never felt so good. The facial I got also made my feel refreshed and helped my acne clear up. I will be going here regularly.

I went in with my husband for a 90 minute swedish. The hubs was very happy with his experience! I regret not catching the name of his masseuse. Kareem? Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Christopher. I would say 75% of the massage was good. The room was too cold and I did not have a blanket, just a sheet. That has never happened before. There were a lot of pauses. I have no idea what he was doing. Zero shoulder work after the flip. I asked for the foot scrub add on. Did not happen although they argued with me about it. The last several minutes were spent rubbing my shin with one hand. I assume he was using his other hand to be on his phone as he was very distracted. I tipped him the 20% because I’ll never go back. I hope he enjoys it. Also he took me in late and stopped at what should have been 80 minutes but was not, it was early. I’m only giving 3 stars because of my husband’s experience.

I specifically told the young lady that I needed a couples massage and it was a SURPRISE for my hubby for Father’s Day and I needed her to remove his contact info from the appointment… She sent him a text message to confirm. My appointment wasn’t booked correctly and while the manager corrected it, I mentioned the mistakes and instead of said “young lady” apologizing, she walked away with an attitude. Client services doesn’t always work for everyone…
