The experience was a great one. I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years and Melissa was right up there with one of the best I’ve had! My husband had the massage and he said it was just what he needed. We are excited to go back again and again. The spa was beautiful and the staff was great! I highly recommend!

Oh man, such a disappointment. I bought 2 vouchers for massage and facial prior opening. Finally, got a massage today. I went for deep tissue, but on a fact its hard to even call that a massage and way far from the deep tissue. The technique was off, missed all pressure points, not enough pressure at all, felt like just random touches. I was doubting if that was even a real massage therapist, as bad it was… Need to mention it was a strong and polite gentleman, but no massage technique at all. Before i left, they offered me 7 min hydra massage and that was actually good, especially comparing to the session itself, giving 2 stars instead of 1 only cause if that. Overall, the place looks clean with a nice design, but i will not recommend the massage. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had to be honest, did not worth even a promo price paid.

Chris, Naste, and Josh are great massage therapists. Ma’Lisa is excellent at facials and waxing! I’d do a deeper dive into front line hiring, receptionist staffing. They’ve made numerous mistakes and exercise zero empowerment. Today, the lady was unfriendly and didn’t even smile. On Dec 26, I got a call at 12:26pm, less than 2 hours before my 2pm massage appointment because an emergency came up with one of the therapists causing them to cancel my scheduled appointment within less than 2 hours of my start time. I rescheduled for Dec 28 and communicated that I was running late due to a family emergency appointment, and instead of empathizing and understanding my situation, Matt the owner said he would still charge me for the full 1 hour appointment because of their “policy”. I don’t think that’s fair in this situation. The owners can choose to make it right. That didn’t show loyalty to our membership on his part. Maybe it’s just a lack of heart. Thanks for speaking with my husband about a separate issue that described the inaccuracy and inefficiency on front desk staff. We appreciate you taking care of that separate issue.

After waiting for 3-4 weeks after opening for our massages, they call at 3 PM today to advise us that the massage therapist will not be in the next morning and they had no one else to assist us. So, now we wait another 3 weeks for our appointment. I don’t think I will be coming back here.

We bought the intro rate to give this place a try. My husband had an ok massage. I later had a reasonable facial. The facial tech was really nice but the smell of the water/face cloths that were used was off putting.
