Best membership I’ve ever owned! I look forward to my massage every month. I specially love that I don’t have to pay extra for deep tissue. Everyone is so friendly and the lounge area is so relaxing. There’s always someone at the reception to take your call, which makes booking super easy. Mike is my favorite massage therapist. Highly recommend ♀️

I dont like the women who answers the phone. Very rude and condescending, “nice nasty”. I called to see if I could move my appointment from 4 to 3 since I finished errands for the day. If they have an opening, whats the big deal with moving me earlier. But she just told me their blanket policy without checking. It wasn’t until I asked why that she explains that their system locks you in and there’s nothing they can do. As a customer, that would be helpful the first time vs just saying it cant be changed as if you don’t want to.

Paid for a “membership” monthly for nearly 2 years. They never called or emailed to remind me to use my sessions that I paid for. But when I couldn’t pay the bill for 2 months, they gladly canceled my membership, revoking all of my paid sessions, still with ZERO communication from them. Horrible customer service. Well over $1,000 paid to them and I couldn’t even get one massage, because my payments stopped going through. Granted, I failed to call to make an appointment, my life is always chaotic, so I forget about taking care of me. When I finally had some time, I called to find out that all the sessions I paid for no longer exist because they took it upon themselves to close my account. other places that you pay monthly for a service, will give some calls or emails to remind you to use what you are paying for, and will usually send some sort of communication to get you back in before just cancelling you out. This place doesn’t care how they get their money, or if they provide a service in exchange for the monies rendered.

Zero stars// No customer service. Inflexible policies. Do not purchase one of their groupons. They say they text and call you to remind you of appointment. I did not get any calls or texts yet they redeemed the groupon any way. I did call and reschedule but the assistant manager said they did not have a record of this and proceeded not to allow me to reschedule with her. DO NOT GO HERE. MANY OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE RIGHT ON! It is better that I did not go here. Although I lost the money I paid for this, I can see it could also have been a waste of time as well

Great place to get a massage! I asked for a man, and he wasn’t disappointing. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful, and their spa very is clean, and professional. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep.

I think i’ve gotten better massages from car accidents— not to mention how terribly rude the staff is. I have never been so uncomfortable around a group of people in my life. Do not waste your money here; terrible service and lackluster product that had me feeling like I slept on a park bench. Do yourself a favor and steer clear

Massage? Terrible. Facial was awesome. Problem? WARNING !!! DECEITFUL PRACTICES!!! Agreed to a facial membership and paid 1st facial up front. Really too far to drive so never took advantage of the 1st member svc, called to cancel,, Said ill pay for the 1 I didn’t take but no more. Said I have to come in to cancel or i get charged the next day so I show up 20 min later, say they get calls all day and don’t remember me that I called (2ppl in office, neither remembers). Won’t let me cancel. Said I have to be charged tmrw THEN drive back and cancel. Dispute charge with credit card, all good and NEVER GOING BACK. So unprofessional to look me dead in the eyes and say I don’t remember if I talked to you, we just get so many phone calls in a day. Insert eye roll.

They have the worst customer service and my massage therapist didn’t listen to me at all. They canceled my 2nd appointment the day of without even talking to me. I asked for no scalp of facial massage and she did both. I will never go there again, absolutely horrible.

Please do not ever go to Massage Luxe. With out ranting, I’d just like to point out a few items that are customer service related. Massage Luxe is not handicap friendly. They will take other customers before you. They will violate your HIPPA laws and ask personal questions in front of other customers and employees. Please be careful about any financial agreements with them. They took advantage of me today. Took $300.00 from me today. I left in tears, without getting a massage. I was so upset my husband came to drive me home. Please protect your self when doing business here.
