This place is a joke. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to book a deep tissue massage. I went through every masseuse and asked for the masseuse that would be most adequate at providing a deep tissue massage. The masseuse that I got was a crippled old lady who could barely massage my skin. Because I wasn’t there for a while they offered me the introductory rate of $55. When I checked out they charged me $120 which then I negotiated down to $65 I wouldn’t go back to this place if they offered me a limo to pick me up at my front door had to bring me in and have five people massage be at once. Mom and I have had family membership for just under two years. Love the staff and atmosphere. Clean. Serene. Friendly. Natalie gives amazing facials. And Sam and Dunamys are our regular excellent massage therapists. The hydromassage bed is also great when you need a random pickup. Highly recommend.

BEWARE!! I thought I was getting a 90 minute massage but in reality it’s only 80 minutes “hands on” and for 60 minutes only 50 minutes “hands on”. This business charges you 10 minutes for getting undressed and dressed before and after the massage. I’ve had a lot of massages and never ever heard of such a thing. Apparently it’s in the “fine” print. AND the massage was horrible. At least in the mall they put on a timer and a better massage. The place was unprofessional. The music playing was scratchy. There was a lot of noise outside in the hallway. Not even worth one star.

I went to MassageLuxe two years ago in June 2021. There is a deal if you become a member, you get a free or discounted massage so I took it. I thought maybe I could use it back home as they stated they have a place in Arizona. I went to the place in Arizona about 9 months later in 2022, but they had no time to get me in for a massage. During this time, I had been paying the membership every month (until this time, I only went to MassageLuxe in Naples as of the initial time in 2021), so I called or e-mailed and told them to cancel my membership and the monthly charges. Maybe I didn’t follow up with this, but they can clearly see that I’ve NEVER USED their service outside the initial time when I vacationed in Naples in 2021. After moving across the country to the east coast North Carolina, my accountant advised I was still getting charged, so I called them to cancel. They told me the manager wasn’t in and they could not give me any kind of credit (I thought I was reasonable asking/requesting to get a refund for at the very least the last 3 months, since I had moved away from Arizona at the beginning of October, so service from MassageLuxe was not even possible after that time). I had to fill out a form in order to cancel. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING AND BE AWARE OF THE WAY YOU GET LURED IN. I was unhappy with the fact they did not even want to give me any type of refund. This is my exact experience.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have always had great experiences. Linda, my massage therapist, is very caring and easy to talk to. She works out all my kinks! Vada provides wonderful facials, helps me to relax, and my skin looks amazing when I leave. She has recommended a couple of fantastic products for me to purchase and I have been so impressed with those as well.

The girls from the front staff was so helpful, I was very confused with their program and they were very patient with me, explaining it over and over again.Emily, the manager and Javier the Assistant Manager were so professional as well. I recommend their membership program, great way to save money!

Complete lack of customer service and ethics from front desk staff, Javier. He should be embarrassed of his unprofessional conduct in which he revealed personal, sensitive information in front of other staff and existing customers. Reminding a customer their dog died before he/she goes in for an attempt at a relaxing massage is cruel and unacceptable.
