I’ve been coming to MassageLuXe for over a year. I usually go to the Raleigh location, but occasionally with good to Apex if they have an opening that can accommodate my schedule. I pay for the membership because it’s a good deal and worth it. I don’t have a regular massage therapist and have seen multiple people, all have been absolutely amazing. Today, I experienced the worst massage. Her name was Simone. She came to get me 10 mins after my appointment time, and didn’t bother to apologize or acknowledge it. She was so busy looking at the clock, she barely told me what to do (undress, lie on table). She asked me what my focus areas were and I said back and shoulders due to work stress. She barely touched my shoulders! For some odd reason she massaged my left arm repeatedly! Didn’t even massage the right one. I swear she went to my left arm 5 different times! And was very rough with handling my arm. No reason at all why she was hyper focused on my arm. Didn’t communicate with me about the pillow under my legs, just poked me so I could move/lift them. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up putting my arms scrunched up on my body. I should have gotten up (and contemplated doing so many times) but felt uncomfortable. If this were my first time at this establishment, I certainly would not return. Either she’s new or was distracted. The receptionist said she’s booked up. Either those people don’t know what a good massage is, or I caught her on a very off day.

My wife bought me an hr message for Christmas and I finally got around to using it this past Friday. To say my experience was sub par would be generous. I’m not sure we’re my therapist received her training but she should have never passed any kind of training test. My toddler could have done a better job than her. She asked me what my focal points were so I asked how many points she would be able to focus on without neglecting the rest of my body, her response was “we probably just gone do your whole body”. 75percent of the session was her using her elbows on my back. She messaged my left are for about 1 minute never my right stem until I said something right before I got up and she messaged the upper half for about 15 seconds. The receptionist said “ I’m sorry” and started telling me about the monthly memberships when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The worst part of it all is now l (two days later) I can’t fully raise my left arm over my head or slouch the slightest bit in a chair with out a shocking pain under my left shoulder blade. Absolutely awful experience. Don’t waste you time or money.

First time I really enjoyed it. Relaxing, and had Katherine, now my 2nd time I arrived, drove an hour, and the person I had been scheduled with (Not Katherine) supposedly tried calling me last night to cancel as they had Covid…. I didn’t receive a call but did get a reminder…. while I understand Covid and need to cancel me, but if the lady didn’t get my confirmation on that, they should have left message or called until they got me to tell me. Why I’m irritated is the person at front desk offered nothing for my wasted drive/gas… and basically said, well we called…. seriously??? Horrible customer service… I had to ask twice to be compensated for my wasted time… and then she offered add ons… I should not have had to ask. This was a trial membership, and I don’t think I will stay as a member…. Katherine w/massage was a 5 star, but their customer service is very lacking.

They rob customers money . As people mentioned below , yes they charged my card 475$ . I had 4 services pending pre Covid as well . they said they sent letters which I didnot receive. They didnot call or sent email . Now they are saying they cannot refund or provide services. I lost my $800 bucks on top of that the manager yelled at me and my husband , accused me as shouting and threatening me that she call police.

Predatory “membership” practices require multiple steps for cancellation. If services are not rendered due to their issues, they will still charge you. Our massage therapist went out on maternity leave, and then they mentioned `short-staffed` and were unable to reschedule us. However, they continue to bill us for services not rendered.

Don’t waste your time or money. I bought both a facial and massage and neither of the technicians listen to my request. About 1/3 of the facial was spent massaging my neck and face and not appropriately looking at my face and providing the treatments I had requested.

When I signed up as a member that is debited every month, I was told I could receive the one hour massage monthly for that rate.I was told today, although I pay my monthly membership that my one hour massage is actually charge as 2 hours. In other words, I can get a one hour massage every 2 months.

Salon is very clean and relaxing. Staff is helpful from just in the door! I am just out of the hospital and Brenda was able t tailor a perfect massage just for me. The Hydroluxe was the perfect end to a perfect experience! I feel so much better and can’t wait to go again next week!

I was surprised by how wonderful the experience was. The salon is very clean and relaxing and the staff are courteous and friendly. Brenda was my massage therapist and I left feeling super loose and relaxed. I will definitely go back in the future!
