I got a membership here after booking an appointment, everything seemed great. I went in and was told I had two hours in my account so I decided to get a normal facial. I mentioned that I wanted a standard facial on the phone as well as in the room with the esthetician. I just called to see how much time I had on my account thinking at least I would have a half hour. NOPE apparently the facial I received took up all two hours of time because it was a VIP facial. I was never told that I would be using all of the time accrued in my account. The manager was very unprofessional did not even try to understand my frustration and kept cutting me off. Needless to say I am cancelling my membership after one month due to poor customer service.

Best massages I have ever had in the past unfortunately all the therapists I like stopped working at this place. Their customer service is terrible!!! They make mistakes when booking appointments, you can not rely what one person says over the phone and the other one doesn’t honor what you were told. They charge you add on without telling you. They add on services without explaining the charges. I had a VIP facial and 90 min deep dissue massage today and they charged me 5 hours plus $50. Even tough I was told they were giving me extra 30 min as a courtesy for the mistake they made earlier for wrongly booking. And massage therapist did not explain to me it will be extra if he uses stones and he did not tell me anything about deep relief add on. They probably want to use up all my remaining hours because they knew I wanted to end my membership. It is almost impossible to get out of the contract by the way… I tried three times to cancel my membership, it took me 2 months, and finally I was treated so badly in person at this location by a very rude employee that I could’t believe how are they still in business in such fine location. He did not believe me when I told him what I booked over the phone and his coworker offered me 30 min extra for free as a courtesy. He argueed with me in such a rude way and asked me to leave!! Now I understand why so many good therapists has left this place recently.

I went to buy 2 gift cards as holiday presents (each card at $50). They informed me of a holiday promotion of spending $100, receive $25. I spent $100 and they would not accept that I wanted it between two cards, claiming it has to all be on one card, though no fine print stated this. They wouldn’t have their manager come out to speak with me. Then after I accepted the fact, they once again tried to push the promotion to try having me buy each card at $100. Very unprofessional stating “I’m just the messenger” when trying to rectify the situation. I regret giving my business there but my card was already charged.

I signed up for a monthly membership. When I cancelled my membership they said I could use my unused massage’s whenever I wanted. When I called back a couple of months later to make an appointment for my unused massage’s they said that they expired. They never told me they expired and said I can use them at anytime. I felt like I was scammed!

The atmosphere is very relaxing and Rogelio is the best!! He does great pressure for deep tissue massage and if you need a little more attention on certain areas he’s very accommodating. Wonderful experience!!
