Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy daughters and I went here for full body massages. For one of my daughters, this was her first experience having a massage. All three of us had a terrible experience! First off, they clearly didn’t look at the check in sheet to see what level of pressure to apply and just used HARD pressure on all three of us (none of us asked for that). I emphasize hard because I’ve had several massages and I feel that the pressure applied was unnecessarily hard. My poor daughter that has never had a massage got the worst of it. She kept trying to sit up or turn to tell him that the pressure was too much and he kept pushing her back down on the table. When she got up she was in tears. Then to top it all off, I was given a dirty look for not tipping. They’re lucky I paid at all! I will never go back to this place.My daughters and I went here for full body massages.
