I received a text from Fredericka letting me know she was having car trouble and asked if it would be ok to reschedule an hour and 15 minutes back. I was thankful and asked about her safety and agreed. I was messaged and called about an hour later to tell me her car issues had not resolved (still awaiting AAA) and she asked if it was ok to call me when she got to the shop to set up a time. I agreed understanding that things happen. I waited for her call which did not happen. I messaged her to ask if we could reschedule because at this point in time I had other obligations. I received no response. I was not contacted for the rest of the day nor the next. I wasn’t contacted reschedule. In fact, I received a follow up email the next day (automated im sure) thanking me for visiting Massage Wellness and Beyond and asking May I give them a rating. I dont like giving negative ratings because most people do that before they tell the good. But this was distasteful. I intentionally didnt seek out a chain location because they have their names made and I wanted an authentic massage therapy session without all the fluff or pressure that comes with a chain line. I got a facial here a few months ago and it was AMAZING. I recommend Massage Wellness & Beyond to everyone. Freddie is so knowledgeable and really takes time to explain your skin needs. I also purchased one of the skin care lines they carry. I have sensitive skin and its helped me so much. It’s also way more affordable than other brands I’ve used.

They take especial care to take good care of their clients. I am missing part of my spine and have never worried that I will not be taken good care of. I always buy my next massage before I leave. I got a Groupon for this place and had a wrap, facial and massage. They were awesome and now I go to them for waxing too. I just bought my boyfriend a gift certificate for a massage too so you could say I love this place. The owner and each person are so friendly and it’s not pretentious. Very comfortable.
