This place is great! Nancy is a wonderful masseuse I have seen her a few times now. I tend to have a tight upper back and you walk away having a much better range of motion. Nancy does a nice job of checking pressure to make sure it is not too much. It is clean the message bed sheets smell fresh. I will be visiting again if you do go please remember to tip well.

I found this gem of a place a few years ago and have been coming ever since! Life got in the way so I had to take a break from my regularly scheduled appointments, however, I went back today as a birthday treat to myself. I did a 90-minute massage with Lisa, she was kind and made my experience back amazing! I highly recommend Massage Ultra and Lisa as your masseuse, promise, you won’t regret it.

Great massage and I always leave relaxed. My issue is being told my $10 tip for a $40 service was not enough and she would only give me $5 back from my $60 cash I gave her. I tried explaining I was tipping over 20% already but she wouldn’t give me my change back. I’ve come here multiple times and the total has always been $40, I did not use any coupons (or I would’ve understood tipping based off of the non-discounted price).

It was all good until they explicitly asked for tips. Just for your reference, I tipped over 30% and apparently they weren’t satisfied and demanded more. What’s worse. They mentioned that the customer who just finished the massage paid $5 dollar more than I did as if this was some kind of tip competition. Read some comments and realized this has been the common practice here. Will certainly not come back.

We came with some friends to get a massage. I got Sandy’s massage. It was very good and relaxing. The place is noisy and very cold. They require you to give them a tip and make a drama that they don’t leave what they ask for. An unpleasant experience at the end of the massage, luckily we read about it in advance and knew what was going to happen. We will not return again.
