The stuff Mary is very rude to me. I had a 9am appointment and was the first person who waited there. She ignored me and arrange another customer first then she told me that my massager has not arrived (9:10am). I said I have to leave at 10am could she ask how long will my massager be here? She then shouted at me saying : this is not my fault! Why are you so impatient? I then asked what’s her name and why she is being so RUDE to me??! Is it because I am the only Chinese waiting there? She then said” I am just this kind of person. This is the way I talk”. At the end, I asked her name, she said she is Cindy, but then I know she lied because she told the other customer that Cindy is not here yet. So I asked her again, she said her name is MARY. I ended up cancel the appointment.

Staff is incredibly rude and have terrible customer service. I came as a walk in appointment and they had me undress and start a massage for not even 5 minutes to then tell me I needed to get out and leave because I needed an appointment. They said I lied about having an appointment just to accommodate other customers that came in. When I confronted them about this, they were rude and unapologetic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend this place as a walk in or appointment. My massage therapist was Angela and she was fantastic. She is able to do firm pressure for those looking for that. Place was clean and relaxing. The prices are also very reasonable. Bring cash if you can. There is a few for using credit or they have a fee-free ATM in the super modern lobby.

I got a massage for my mom and purchased a gift card. When she was trying to pay, they tried to lie and say they couldn’t process her gift card and tried to get her to pay twice. She left a 25% tip and they told her she did not leave enough for a tip! This place is a scam- she also said this was the worst massage she has ever had.

I am a regular customer from another massage place across the street, and tried this one for an experience and a cheaper price. I had an hour of full-body massage, which was okay quality but absolutely not at a professional level (it was similar to getting a massage from a good ‘amateur’ like my sister at home). I might have a higher bar than others; nonetheless, hope my review below would help others to figure out what this place is like.
