Biofield Tuning: Clearing Your Emotional Energy
Biofield Tuning is a unique process designed to shift patterns & rhythms of the electromagnetic energy that flows through & around your body. It is not stress that kills us but how we respond to stress. Being grounded & centered is the cure for much of what ails us. Using tuning forks as a vibrational tool we are able to identify events in your life when you reacted with an intense emotion such as fear or anger. These charged memories literally lock us into restrictive patterns of limited response to life’s daily challenges. CranioSacral Re-Balancing
CranioSacral Therapy works with the subtle bones of the skull and sacrum to balance the cerebrospinal fluid which influences many bodily functions. Deep Tissue Massage
Quite different from “a Therapeutic Massage with Extra Pressure,” our Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing muscle restrictions (adhesions) and re-balancing structural tension (holding patterns) running through the several layers of soft tissue (muscle). Deep Tissue Massage requires a much slower pace than our Therapeutic Massage and more than one session is usually necessary for better results and/or resolution. Facial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a new cutting-edge technology based on the most recent scientific understanding of how the body organizes itself for movement. Initial Structural Assessment
AN INJURY IS CONSIDERED TO BE CHRONIC WHEN EITHER PAIN OR OTHER DISCOMFORTING SYMPTOMS ARE STILL PRESENT AFTER 3 MONTHS.This preliminary session is essential in order to better understand your body’s current need to be so guarded, and for us, together, to conceptualize a goal of improved structural balance resulting in less, or eventually, no pain at all.Includes a detailed discussion about the nature of the injury, a preliminary structural assessment, some palpation, some passive range-of-movement, and some massage.Required before any structural bodywork such as Rehab Manual Therapy, Rehab Myotherapy, and Structural Integration.		$95.00
Integrative Acupuncture
While Acupuncture and Tui Na are usually done separately, the two can be combined for maximum efficacy. Needles at the ends of the channels help them open while the massage loosens and soothes the muscles. Truly a transformative experience.		$125.00
Integrative Bodywork
AN ACUTE INJURY USUALLY OCCURS WHEN WE’VE PUSHED OUR MUSCLES BEYOND THEIR NORMAL RANGE-OF-MOTION OFTEN RESULTING IN PAIN.Integrative Bodywork combines several healing bodywork modalities with therapeutic massage. Some of those modalities might include: CranioSacral therapy, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Positional Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Reiki, and acupressure. Very effective in treating some chronic pain issues such as sciatica, acute injuries such as whiplash, sports-related injuries, carpal tunnel and other repetitive stress injuries (RSIs), plus physical traumas such as accidents involving falling-down, bicycling, and automobiles.1-hour usually gives the therapist enough time to focus on those areas of the body associated with the pain or injury. Manual Lymph Drainage
Therapist uses very gentle pressure. Each session lasts from 75 to 90 minutes, and therapy usually is performed once a day several times a week for two to four weeks. Massage for Children (under 18)
The pressures of school academics and intramural sports sometimes takes a toll on a child’s body. Stress can affect a child’s ability to sleep soundly and/or stay focused on daily lessons. Athletic injuries can occur at any age and often do. Soccer, for example, requires a great deal of running which can result in very tight ITBands and calf muscles.A 30-minute massage is recommended for a young child when too much stress is suspected as being a causative factor in the child’s health, or a longer 45 minute session when the issue is a chronic one.PLEASE NOTE: A PARENT’S PRESENCE IS REQUIRED. Rehab Myotherapy

If you’re a runner, we are going to concentrate on your legs; if you’re a swimmer, we will spend more time on your upper body and hips; a cyclist, your hip flexors, quads, ITB, calves and upper trapezius will likely be targeted.A sports massage therapist may use their forearm or the palm of their hand to bear down on the muscles in your legs and back to separate and relax them and their fingers to put direct pressure on a muscle in spasm, which can be painful but will reduce your pain later. All sessions are customized for individual needs.With that in mind, we ask that you please communicate with your therapist about the technique and pressure to be used. Since I had looked online I was able to see the therapists and times available ahead of time so the receptionist made booking the appointment absolutely seamless. On the day of our appointment, the reception and waiting area was warm and welcoming. Our therapists, Luz and John Jay, did absolutely amazing jobs!
