Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe service here has gotten extremely poor! When I first came in, there was no one at the desk and after ringing the bell, someone came and told me to come back in 15 mins. This same person was also on her cell phone while giving a massage to another customer in the chair.My 45 minute massage was painful and when I mentioned to the lady the pressure was too hard, she acknowledged me and adjusted the pressure, but not even 5 minutes later she was back to full force. She also would stay in the same spot for an extended amount of time which would cause more pain to the area. She did more of pinching motion then gentle pressure and I had to correct her.Multiple times during my massage she completely stopped the massage, I assume this was to check her cell phone because she did not continue with fresh oil or anything. Briefly she left the room to get a hot towel, but she did not shut the door completely. I looked up and if anyone was walking through the hallway they would have seen me! How inappropriate. Also during this time she did not stop the timer, which is something they used to do if they were leaving the room.A few other problems I encountered include: the constant slapping of my skin and head when moving my hair out of the way (my hair was tied up), rough treatment with the warm towel and not immediately covering my exposed and wet back, no massage of my feet, and I did not get the hot stone treatment.To top it all off, when my husband and I paid (he also wasn’t very happy with his massage, but says it wasn’t as bad as mine) the woman was angry with us that we did not leave her 20% tip and then demanded more money. She then spoke in her native language to her coworker, pointed at their recommended tip sign, and said you need to give me 20%. She absolutely wasn’t deserving of the tip we gave her in general let alone 20%.Unfortunately with how bad the service has gotten, the shoddy work, and rude staff, I will never return to this establishment. I advise anyone considering a massage here to save yourself some bruises and money and go to a nicer place. Like they say, you get what you pay for.The service here has gotten extremely poor! Critical: QualityLiterally the worst massage I have ever received. My body was in so much pain when I left. Even three days after the massage I was in a bunch of pain. The people up charged us because they couldn’t understand what we were asking for. Just a bad experience all together.
