Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismFor it being my first massage and the first time visiting this establishment, it was definitely worth it. I got the deep tissue massage for an hour. For it being my first massage and the first time visiting this establishment, it was definitely worth it. I got the deep tissue massage for an hour. I am definitely feeling better after leaving than I did going in. Anne was very nice and easy to talk to and she talked me through everything she was going to do beforehand. I highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve always been a bit anxious about the idea of getting a massage. There was something about the state of undress and being massaged by a stranger that kept me away. A recent fall and a week’s worth of pain had me finally give in to a recommendation and I went to Bodywork Professionals in Latham for the first time today. Seth was incredibly accommodating, very patient, listened to everything I asked and identified all the points that were causing me pain. He made me feel immediately comfortable and markedly better. In my ignorance, I didn’t even think of bringing cash for a gratuity, but Seth didn’t give any indication that he was bothered by the less than customary tip. An ice-storm is keeping me from going back today to make this up to him, but in the mean-time, I thought a review was in order and I will be returning in the near future for another visit and to compensate him for his exceptional service. A recent fall and a week’s worth of pain had me finally give in to a recommendation and I went to Bodywork Professionals in Latham for the first time today.
