Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was my second time and the first time was a lot better. My first massage, I originally scheduled it for cupping but at to reschedule. When I wanted to reschedule the person that does the cupping wasn’t available. So, I went to a different person. It was good! At this second appointment, I heard the receptionist say ‘Briana is here.’ To which some lady (who ended up being my masseuse) replied ‘Well she is just going to have to wait’. This second time I scheduled for cupping and didn’t receive cupping. At the end of the massage I asked the receptionist what I scheduled for. She said yes and asked if I told her during my session. Why would I need to remind them of the service they are to provide? If she didn’t know what she was supposed to do, she should I asked to double check. But when we asked the masseuse, she said she didn’t know. She looked further into the calendar and said ‘oh I must have missed it, that’s my fault because I was rushing’. She then proceeded to say ‘well my cupping tools aren’t all that, I don’t have anything great it’s just a couple cups’. I paid and left. The massage itself was very underwhelming compared to my first one, I’m still having the same pain and it’s as if she did nothing. Second, if her cupping ‘isn’t all that’ why are you able to cup and charging extra for the service? It’s quite bizarre to me. So, no I do not plan to reschedule and I will not recommend massage connections to anyone.This was my second time and the first time was a lot better. This was my second time and the first time was a lot better. My first massage, I originally scheduled it for cupping but at to reschedule. Positive: Professionalism, QualityToday I had a fabulous massage . I paid for the one hour Swedish massage. Jing McClure Was the lady that I had today and she was brilliant . Through her experience she was able to figure out my problem areas. Thank you for a great massage and experience.
