Critical: ProfessionalismWhoever owns this massage business has bad Karma. They towed our car (parked at the train station which they own) with no signage which translated to my family of 5 being dropped off at 10:30 pm at night with no car, and then having to go through the process of finding our car and paying to get it out of a lot. Amtrak’s website says overnight parking available, and this lady doesn’t have any signs, and then she calls a towing company. Who does that? Not the kind of person I would want to give my money to.Whoever owns this massage business has bad Karma. Whoever owns this massage business has bad Karma. They towed our car (parked at the train station which they own) with no signage which translated to my family of 5 being dropped off at 10:30 pm at night with no car, and then having to go through the process of finding our car and paying to get it out of a lot.
