Superb experience. I personally enjoy deep tissue massages, but half the time, it’s a miss with how deep they get. Zana takes her time to understand what pain you may have and does a wonderful job of helping relieve any pain. I’ve had shoulder surgery that I’ve tweaked again recently. A ton of knots and inflammed muscles, but she spent her time really working on them. I felt extremely refreshed after the massage.

I wanted to find a massage therapist in the Richardson. Zana’s reviews were encouraging. So, I schedule with her to give her a try. I prefer deep tissue massage given my history with chronic muscle tension. But Zana did not disappoint. I may be one of her more challenging clients but she was very intentional with my treatment and release several areas of tension. I highly recommend her.
