Absolutely phenomenal. I was in from out of town hoping to find someone as good as the masseuse at home who formerly worked for the Olympics. Trudie was incredible. She really took her time educating me on how to take care of my body and listened to what I described was wrong. I showed up with crippling pain and left without it. She’s a wonderfully kind person, an excellent professional, and her home office is a beautiful, peaceful zen environment.

We had an appointment with another local massage therapist however she was overbooked and asked us to come back in 40 minutes. We called Trudie for a couple massage and she got us in immediately. This was our 1st massage and it was a wonderful experience. She explains the process and most importantly it’s quiet so your mind can be at peace. We will return and refer new clients. ❤️

Not only did she give me one of the best massages I have ever had she also showed me stretching and did so many other great things to help with the pain.
