I have been with Jennifer since she was a student at MCC. I have had a few injuries that she has been super helpful in my body working through. Additionally, my mental health is so much better since Jennifer has been helping me. I see her 2x per month because I need to stress relief as a full time college student and full time worker. Jennifer has been instrumental in my body releasing stress and healing itself after my injuries. I really don’t think I would be as mentally stable or physically active if I had never start working with her. Choosing to make myself a priority is an investment. Taking care of myself is an investment. I could spend the money on so much more easily, but I’m happy to regularly invest in my health and wellness while supporting Jennifer. She has become a great friend during this last year and I look forward to each session! I promise Jennifer is unlike any massage therapist you e been to because she cares, listens to what helps you best, and will work to find the source of your pain so that your body is able to repair and heal properly.
