Booster Coaching Session
30 MINUTES.Sometimes we don’t want a commitment and that is okay. There are those who just need that listening coaching ear and the feedback to go with it. It could be just that one project your trying to complete, that one life event or issue that you currently have or coming up. Maybe you have your goals and ambitions all together, you just need that non-bias professional opinion to give you that “thought process” boost. This session is great for individuals who want to try professional coaching out before committing and jumping into full ledge wellness and/or personal development coaching.

Deep Tissue Massage
Fully Clothed Massage
45 Minutes. In efforts to provide massage to those who don’t really feel comfortable with skin-to-skin contact, or its your first therapeutic massage experience, this clothed massage is great! In this session your massage will consist of comforting massage strokes; light to medium pressure, with a silk cloth that easily glides over just about any type of clothing. However, it is recommend that clothing that fits tight to the skin is used to assist with the glide. Upper and Lower back, Anterior and Posterior arms, legs and feet (with socks) will be massaged in this session. You can’t go wrong with any type of therapeutic touch! Some level of benefits still remain
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Session
30/60 Minutes. Lymphatic drainage is a massage technique used to promote the increase of lymph fluid flow. When this is increased, immune function is increased. Substances that are harmful to the body, are removed from the tissues and rendered in the lymph nodes. Lymphatic drainage can be useful to reduce swelling and puffiness after surgeries, such as liposuction on the tummy, thighs, arms, etc. It can also promote the reduction of cellulite due to massage, increasing blood flow and circulation to the affected areas; that helps the body break down the toxins which causes dimples in the skin
Medical Massage
60 Minutes. Medical massage, is your standard insurance referred massage session. This session gives you massage medical treatment that has been outlined by your physician, doctor or primary care provider. Can include deep tissue treatment, Swedish massage therapy or any other specific medical massage modality/technique. You must have a prescription for medical massage/doctor referral to select this option.
