My 12 year old daughter pinched a nerve in her neck by trying to crack it while in class. She was in incredible pain! The doctor told us to give Motrin for inflammation, Tylenol for pain, and muscle relaxers. Nothing was giving her any relief. You could literally feel the bulging muscles in her neck and shoulder. Luckily my friend told me about Jackie. I contacted Jackie and explained what happened and she squeezed us into her schedule. One-30 minute session with Jackie was all it took. My daughter is 100% better and is back playing sports! Jackie does amazing work! Highly recommend!

I received a medical massage for a stiff neck/frozen shoulder from a vacation injury a month or so prior. I had previously just been ignoring the pain and discomfort, but after my massage, I wished I had went sooner. It really made me aware of just how much pain I was actually in and got those strained muscles back working and functional again. The massage also helped my regular cell phone neck and office job type ailments from sitting at a computer 8-10 hours a day.

I have pain related to stress and chronic migraines that I was unable to get rid of over years of trying. I had tried injections, other massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and PT among other things without any lasting relief. Within my first visit to Jacki she was able to create immediate relief in my neck, shoulders, and back/spine to a degree I had never felt from those other interventions. Not only that but it lasted well beyond my FIRST appointment with her – about 2 weeks, with no other interventions during that time. She also had knowledge I’ve never learned in all this time of trying to get pain relief and had some simple suggestions I could easily incorporate that no other practitioner/therapist/specialist had ever mentioned to me before that had immediate positive results in relation to my pain.

Only thing I wish I had done differently, I’d take a before and after picture. Due to an upcoming and much delayed heart surgery, my body had been retaining water really bad. Jackie was able to get rid of my swelling in my face, arms, mid section, and legs. I feel like I can breathe when I walk and I don’t feel so insecure from all the bloating and swelling. She did an amazing job!!!
