Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI would give this business 0 stars if this app allowed me. I went to this massage parlor since I live nearby. While trying to let the massage therapist know what kind of massage I wanted, she could not understand me and I could not understand her. She was the only one there working and she said the owner was out of the country for a month. She wanted payment up front which made me feel uncomfortable. As I was talking to her, a man customer walked in and she got overly excited and wanted to hurry up and take him to the back. I told her I was there first and I wanted to proceed with my massage. This should have been my sign to leave, but I told her I still wanted a massage and she said okay and she told the man customer to come back in one hour. After this happened I should have walked out from this place. The massage that should have been 60 minutes was 45 minutes and this does not include the two times she left the room to answer the phone during my massage. I was not impressed with the massage at all. It seemed like she rushed through mine so she could massage the man customer that was due to come back. It’s evident that this establishment appears to desperately cater to men customers. I do not recommend this place at all, especially because this shady establishment is located in a very nice family-residential area.I would give this business 0 stars if this app allowed me. I would give this business 0 stars if this app allowed me. I went to this massage parlor since I live nearby. While trying to let the massage therapist know what kind of massage I wanted, she could not understand me and I could not understand her.
