Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called in the morning and told them I saw that they had a groupon and a deal rate. He (I’m assuming the owner or somebody who runs the establishment) said don’t worry about buying the groupon just come in and he’ll honor it. We came in. The massage did not feel right, the ladies did not feel like real massage therapists. The massage therapist did not fully close the door behind them, chatted with each other, and did not listen when asked to change pressure or location. They ended up causing more harm than relief. When it came time to pay, the guy told me he could not honor the groupon price anymore … I should have just said I got the groupon and walked out with that but instead I paid the extra amount and tipped. I called in the morning and told them I saw that they had a groupon and a deal rate. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a couple massage with my Fiance, the place had a weird smell but I disregarded…my massage was very uncomfortable/painful I didn’t enjoy it. The man I had he didn’t tell me his name so idk him by name. During the massage you can hear loud conversation on the phone from the receptionist. My fiance had a woman, he said her massage was good. Anyway he paid for the massage with credit card and the receptionist demanded a tip with payment right away, my fiance said he will get cash from the car for the tip, the receptionist came outside to the car demanding tips saying they do good they need tip right now. That was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable situation I’ve ever been in.
