Wow, just looked at the reviews of this place and did not have the same experience at all. I bought the reflexology off Groupon for $23!! Kevin took care of me, constantly asked if I was comfortable and recognized if he was a little rough and asked and backed off when I told him my calves were tight or whatever. I’m a runner and he worked out every kink in my plantar fascia. I almost fell asleep it was so wonderful. I wouldn’t know about the reflexology part since I’ve never done that, but the massage and the atmosphere were amazing. Upon leaving, I was offered a water which is customary after a massage at most places. I wanted to tip him at least 20%, which would be almost $10 since the service is actually $39 (You tip on the regular amount, not discounted rate – Please remember this when you buy these groupons). I only had a $20, and I asked Kevin if he had change, he obliged politely and I gave him a 10. So, a 60 minute foot massage for $33 is a wonderful deal even if the massage is so so, but mine was great! I’ll be going back and paying full price of the ridiculously low rate of $39.

I was looking for a massage place to relax and unwind after a long day . I found a deal on groupon where you could get a 60 minute massage for $34. I called they were able to take me and asked me to pay there and don’t get the Groupon (Groupon takes money out of their profit) .I get there have the well needed massage . It was great . Then upon leaving I asked the for change for a $20 to give him a $6 dollar tip ;one that is 18% and two I didn’t have much cash and needed cash to get back home to New Jersey. He states normally for a 60 min massage it’s a $10 tip.I explained I didn’t have much cash and needed my cash for toll money . He then looks as if he had an attitude and didn’t want to take th extra $1 I was handing him . Since when is it ok to tell a customer how much to tip I’m a person who always tops 18% for any service I receive and felt that was efficient. So if I’m ever in this part of Virginia again . I will not be coming here

I suffer from recurring muscle knots around my shoulder blades that are very painful, so I came here after getting a deal from Groupon for 40 dollars for an hour. It was very last minute since I couldn’t get into two other places and I didn’t even look at reviews before making an appointment since I was in so much pain. The place is clean and professional looking and their pricing is very reasonable. I’ve been to a couple different massage places around Fredericksburg from massage therapy to the place in the mall. They all operate differently so I went with an open mind (and a smidge of pain induced desperation) and they were able to help me out. My massous was attentive, before beginning he asked what level of pressure I preferred and made sure I was okay during the remainder of the session. I will be coming back here for maintenance on my shoulders.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage a week before our wedding to relax and boy was it far from relaxing. The lady I had massaging me was way too rough and hard and I had to ask her repeatedly to be softer, she then proceeded to laugh at me!! And then speak in her native language to the other masseuse in the room. I wish I would have gotten up and immediately left, but unfortunately did not. Once the dreaded hour was over, I was in tears because my back and neck were so sore. Fortunately, my fiancé said his was fine (but not the best we’ve had either). When we left the room, the two masseuses were waiting in the front with the manager and when my fiancé gave them a $20 for a tip, the male said to me “where is yours?” And I responded that it was for them to share. I cannot believe they were asking for more of a tip!! A tip is at the customers discretion, and honestly mine didn’t deserve a penny from me. I walked out the door and proceeded to cry in pain. After what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon, it turned into a nightmare. I am now suffering from a very bruised back and hope that I will be feeling better within the next few days before my wedding day this weekend! Horrible horrible place.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. This was a waste massage, of my time and a complete waste of money. After a long day at work I called and scheduled an 8pm 1 hour foot massages for 2. They placed us in the water to soak(my feet were pretty much boiling while my sister’s water was luke warm) i even said something and was ignored. At 8:05pm a man walks for what reason I do not know but both of the women stopped helping us left and serviced him. After about 5 minutes one lady came back while the other lady was still gone for about 20 minutes meanwhile my sister is just soaking( they left her soaking for 45 minutes). My massage started at about 8:20pm. The massage sucked. She worked on one left for about 20 minutes and then worked on the other for 10 minutes. She got up several times to do God only knows what and ended my massage at 9pm on the nose. I said that was really short that wasnt even a full hour massage. She ignored me and never came back. Meanwhile the other lady started my sister’s massage at 9:45 pm and ended it at 9:10pm(they closed at 10pm btw) so again my sister says “that wasnt an hour you just started 20 minutes ago” the lady then states ” your massage started when you walked in the building and while you soaked in the water. I have already extended past 9pm for you” as if she didn’t have her waiting 45 minutes soaking while she was helping the man. They do bad business and I never would have paid those prices for a 20/30 minutes massage. We paid full price too.
