Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismFirst/last time here. The lady made me pay up front, which is fine, but then berated me for not tipping enough before I ever got the massage. I would have been happy to leave a nice tip if the service was good. I wound up canceling the massage and will never come back here. First/last time here. The lady made me pay up front, which is fine, but then berated me for not tipping enough before I ever got the massage. I would have been happy to leave a nice tip if the service was good. I wound up canceling the massage and will never come back here. This is the first tome I have left a massage place more stressed than I went in.

This was my first time at massage 8. I didn’t have an appointment and luckily they were able to see me when I walked in. The place is beautiful and very clean. I had a pain in my neck/shoulder and told Mikki. Mikki was very nice and focused on that area. I will definitely be returning! Thank you massage 8.

Positive: QualityThey were very accommodating on a last minute basis when I called to make an appointment, which I appreciated. The place was clean and the staff was nice. However, I did ask for more pressure multiple times and they did not adhere to that request which unfortunately means I didn’t quite get what I wanted out of it. They were very accommodating on a last minute basis when I called to make an appointment, which I appreciated. The place was clean and the staff was nice. However, I did ask for more pressure multiple times and they did not adhere to that request which unfortunately means I didn’t quite get what I wanted out of it. Overall though, it was a decently relaxing experience.

I have in once and walked out so today I thought I would give it another try. Well…nope for an hr soft massage was not worth it. I guess we will have to go back to the one before or drawing broad in looking.. So disappointed.
