Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had been having back pain recently due to injuries of being in a car accident. I booked a massage with Nathan conveniently through the website. Paid ahead of time to reserve my appointment and promptly recieved a confirmation email and reminder. I arrived at the appointment early to any preparation being a new client. When I arrived, the suite to the room was locked and with no sign of the massage therapist in site. I knocked on the door and called multiple times. I waited about twenty minutes and then decided to leave as it was past my scheduled time. I would not recommend going here. This business seemed very neglected. Each time I’ve called, I have gotten an answering machine with no call back of any kind.
