I went for my first ever massage yesterday with Jeff. I was nervous all weekend about getting a massage just being generally uncomfortable with the thought, I was wrong. The staff here are extremely pleasant and comforting and probably seeing me being a little anxious about it. I’m very very happy with the customer service my massage Was absolutely wonderful I feel great the day after I will definitely be going back at least every month from now on as long as everything stays the way it was I’ll be a lifetime customer!!

Never had to endure a massage before. Will NOT return. Went in for basic but specific work- mainly low back, traps/shoulders. I Informed Sarah my therapist 3 times (1x before massage started, 2x during) of my areas of tension. She ignored me and started the full body massage with my arms and legs instead! Finally She began my right trap after starting on my right arm- she pinched my trap so hard i said ” ouch” – she said “sorry” and moved to my left arm- never returned to either of my traps again! I showed her with my own hands where i needed work on my lower back- she said

Family owned. The place was very clean and well kept once we got there did not have to wait long for our appointment very polite and courteous. The woman who performed my massage made me feel relaxed and comfortable and can tell that she knew what she was doing truly enjoyed ourselves. We definitely return to massage savvy again.

You enter to a calming environment with soothing music playing. The place is clean and updated. They offer memberships that bring the price of services down. The waiting room offers water and tea along with beautiful candles. There are many nice touches to make the experience enjoyable. Currently they have extra cleaning/sanitizing in place as well.

Not a good experience which was surprising because we had good ones in the past. We had a couples massage scheduled only to find out that one of the massage tables were broken and the head cradle was not working. This made for a very uncomfortable massage. They gave us the option to split up the couples massage and one of us move to a different room but that kind of defeats the purpose. At the end when we went to pay they asked how it was. We said not to good and the person taking our money was actually quite rude. When I asked about speaking to a manager he said he was the owner and we could make out a “survey”. Well, here’s the survey. There was never an offer to take an amount off or an apology at any point. If fact he said if we didn’t like it we should have stopped in the middle of the massage. I couldn’t believe the attitude from the owner. And we have gone there for massages multiple times. But this will be a place we will not return to.

Great experience from start to finish. Very pleasant man answered phone, gave me choice of male or female. When I arrived I learned he was one owner as part of a family business, very gracious and welcoming. My masseuse Fedeline was delightful – gentle disposition with strong hands, very thorough and therapeutic massage. Soothing ambiance, updated decor. I will be back!
