I’ve never been here before, BUT Chris who works there is a GREAT massage worker! He will make you feel new again. I have known him for probably 20 years now. He has magic hands! Go ask for him. You won’t want to leave! Oh I gave it a 4 star because I’ve never been there. I give Chris a 5+ star because he is good at what he does!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband and I had approximately $250.00 in gift cards and made appointments to finally use them- post COVID. We drove 45 minutes to get to our appointment and the receptionist said the gift cards weren’t in their system and then called the manager for assistance. The manager said they wouldn’t honor them because they no longer had them in their system. The manager said we would have to provide receipts from purchasing them a few years ago to prove we bought them at this specific location. They were purchased at this location, there was no expiration on the gift cards, and with COVID we had held on to them longer than planned and she took no responsibility nor offered any resolution. Terrible customer service and also their book keeping clearly needs some significant improvements as they do not keep a record of the gift cards their business sells. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality***UPDATE*** Called and requested to speak with the manager on Monday. Spoke with the “co” manger who took down my complaint, but informed me that the manager would be calling me. Never received a phone call back from the manager.Yesterday I had a hot stone massage and I was told that it would be 2 hours long. The massage ended up 1 1/2 hours long. When speaking with the therapist, he told me that with the stones, he can’t do hard pressure and I said that is is just fine with me because I don’t like hard pressure and prefer light pressure. The amount of pressure that was used was not light it was hard and I was tensed up for a majority of the massage. Also I don’t feel like enough lotion was used, as I felt like friction was occurring during the massage. Not once was I asked about the pressure and honestly, I was in too much pain to even speak out.Initially after the massage, I felt okay. One hour later, I could barely move. When I went to bed, I basically cried myself to sleep because I was in so much pain. Today after waking up, I had to take Advil because I’m still so incredibly sore and in pain. A massage is supposed to relieve the pain, not make it worse or cause more pain than what I had going into the massage.I definitely won’t be going back to this location or any other Massage Retreat and Spa. Table was creaking the entire massage therapist ensured me everything was fine. Went to get up from table. The table collapsed I fell to the floor scraping my arm bumping my head. Therapist told me the tables are more than 7 years old. The therapist apologized and said there wasn’t anything more they could do. Ended up with sprained knee and crutches and no one even called to check in.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Brianna k., the massage therapist, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I like more pressure to be applied and she did amazing! What I loved the most was that she gave me advice after the massage on what I could do at home to relieve the knots in my back. Overall, I had a great experience

Been here a few times and usually have a great experience. I had a 90 min massage yesterday with Courtney and it was the best massage I’ve had. Only down fall, the people in the room next door were VERY loud. I believe the masseuse and client knew each other so they were talking and laughing the whole time. It was distracting and I found myself listening to their conversation verses relaxing. I wished the masseuse in the other room was more professional and whispered.
