I took my daughter here- it was the first time for both of us. The whole experience was amazing. The space was extremely clean. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were kind and inviting. The massages were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!

I just left there feeling like a million bucks. Best massage I’ve had in many many years. I will definitely go back, hopefully get the same woman unfortunately I forgot her name but she was exceptional. Very clean place and very professional great music too!

I am so upset I wasted my hard earned money on these scammers. This place is definitely fishy and I can’t believe I have to give them even one star. The problem started with the cash only policy, and you must pay first. I should’ve ran then had I known. I was lead to a bedroom set up with no music, no nice therapeutic smelling scent and you can hear the heavy traffic from 202 very clearly. The lady spoke no English, zero. She was pretty aggressive with her hands but I was so sore I’m thinking it’s probably necessary. “Hurts so good” as they say. And sometimes I could feel her nails digging into my skin. Along with the heavy 202 traffic the hardwood floor was squeaking loudly as she’s walking around. It was very hard to try and relax, and I could not enjoy my massage at all, instead I was very tense and aware of every little movement and sound. In the middle of my session a costumer walked in and she walked out and pretty much shooed him away. I heard the whole thing and thought it was odd the way she shooed him away. Another added interruption to my “spa” moment, right? At one point it felt like she was trying to slough off the skin on my back with hot stones, odd technique. Finally the massage is over and I was still trying to be kind as I handed her a 15% tip. She then pointed to the sign on the wall that I had missed, they expect 20%!!!!! I told her I had no more cash on me and she was not happy as she opened the door and rushed me out!!!! I was stunned as I sat in my car thinking “what the f— just happened?!!!” I came home that night and was so sore and knotted up in my shoulders. I had to put on menthol creme that night to sleep and when I woke up the next day my shoulder and the back of my neck was so swollen!!!

I booked a 2 hour massage and the entire time I felt extremely uncomfortable. The therapist never spoke with me about areas of concern or if I had any areas I didn’t wish to be touched. They were on their phone multiple times, one of them while I was exposed. They never asked me if it would be ok to roll down my shorts all the way, which I purposefully left on, they just did it. This was another time they were on their phone while I was uncovered. They massaged my glutes without asking and practically slapped my glutes. I would not go back. I practically ran out of there when it was over.

I will be coming back to Massage Remedy! Absolutely amazing place to relax and have your worries melt away. My husband and I booked a 90 hot stone massage and it was THE BEST place I have ever booked! Plus I am 14 weeks pregnant and other places I have contacted said they do not work on pregnant women but the ladies at Massage Remedy were more than happy to accept my business! They were very sweet, well priced and absolutely fantastic!

My time at Massage Remedy was truly an amazing experience. My wife and I booked a couples massage and both therapists gave us an amazing experience. I have a lot of tension built up in my shoulders and back and they were able to alleviate my pain to a manageable level. We will be coming back here again!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAfter a long work week, I decided to treat myself to my first massage ever. I live very closed to this establishment and saw decent reviews so I gave it a try. I had booked my appointment a few days in advance online to reserve my spot. Upon arrival, she had told me they were closed for the day. I was a bit confused as I had a scheduled appointment. She told me she wasn’t aware of this but to give her “a few minutes”. I waited in the room almost 30 minutes past when my appointment time was just for her to come in and start the massage. She did not have music playing and all I could hear was the sound of the road nearby. She was also sick and kept clearing her throat every minute or two and even ran out for a cough drop mid massage a few times. I don’t know why you’re operating under those conditions personally but maybe that is my fault for staying. The massage was okay but I felt as though I could have asked someone in my family to perform the same technique. After she was finished, she had taken my cash off the table and told me she would come back with change and “discuss the tip” with me. I was a bit confused at the time but shortly after she caught me up to speed on what she had meant. After the service I had received with trying to turn me away & forgetting my appointment, coughing nonstop during my “relaxing” massage, and being late, I really did not want to leave a tip as I was not in the best of moods. My massage felt rushed and not relaxing at all. She handed me my change and reluctantly I handed her a five dollar bill just to be kind. She immediately pointed at a sign on the wall and said a 20% tip was basically required since it was a “personal service and not a restaurant”. This comment angered me even more as she must have not had any clue as to how her sickness or scatterbrained self effected my experience. I thought it was downright rude to tell me how much I should tip you. I handed her MORE money and walked out. I don’t know how you expect to have repeat customers when your customer service and communication is so poor. I will definitely be going elsewhere for a more pleasant experience. After a long work week, I decided to treat myself to my first massage ever. I’m really glad I came in for my 90 min massage today. That was definitely the best deep tissue work anyone has ever done on my back, and I was extremely tense when I came in. I wasn’t really sure what to expect as it was my first time here, but my masseuse was very thorough and methodical. She also checked in with me to make sure the pressure was ok. If your goal is a fancy spa with all the frills, this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you want a legitimate therapeutic massage that will make your day and relieve your stress, then try them out. I will definitely be back.
