Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityProbably the worst experience I’ve ever had, at least in regards to service. Didnt receive what I asked for, was pushy with tips before service, and was unprofessional. I’ll expand below if you’d like to read:To begin, as first timer, there’s nothing more of a shock than waiting in a closet sized lobby for someone to pop out and rush you into a room. Once in the room, I was told I had to pay first (massive red flag in the service industry). I handed her my credit card, she left the room with it, then charged it. When the receipt was brought back, I attempted to tip, then after breaking the language barrier for a moment, the masseuse was pressing me to tip more.I asked for a foot massage, multiple times, the masseuse said “okay,” every time. I was asked to lay face down, which is pretty absurd in my experience of foot massages, but I did it anyway. She then she began massaging my back, continuing to do a full body massage instead of the foot massage I asked for. Not only was this disappointing, but I couldn’t change anything because she didn’t understand anything I was saying. I went along with it to be kind since arguing wouldn’t have been beneficial.Five times, FIVE TIMES, she left the room for an extended period of time. For some reason, my masseuse was also the host???? Every time someone would come in the place, she’d go to greet them. The time on my massage was not extended, nor did I receive a refund of any sort. The masseuses would also loudly talk to each other over the walls of the rooms.Since nothing was able to be done on the merchant’s end, I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
