Me and my wife went here today. It was both of our first times getting a massage. We both really enjoyed the experience. Normally I am ticklish when it comes to people touching my feet and sides and I didn’t flinch once. Great place to go for a couples massage or even by yourself. Definitely will be going back next time we are in the area.

They were very friendly people and definitely provided awesome service. I made a big mistake when I paid my bill. The service was $90 so my friend and I decided to pay a total of $150 (giving the therapist a whopping $60 tip), but I accidentally put $150 on the tip line (big mistake; my fault). After realizing the mistake I made, I was on the train on my way back to Chicago. I contacted Iris and told her what had happened. She said she had already paid the therapist (who is her husband); she thought to herself it was a big tip, but that she would try to get the overpayment back and send a refund to my card. Afterwards, I sent a couple of messages to follow up but I received no responses back. I take responsibility for my mistake but I cannot believe they did not give the money back after I explained that it was a mistake. Oh well, I guess because it was my mistake then it’s my loss. They seem like people with good integrity so I felt they would be understanding and do the right thing. We all make mistakes so I won’t be too hard on myself. I will gain more and they will lose more. Karma!

I came here for a sister’s retreat because the reviews were good and the prices were right. Wow, best massage ever. Iris applied heavy pressure where it was needed to release tension almost to the point of being uncomfortable only to soften at the right moment and keep me in a relaxed state. The result afterward is lasting. I feel like a new woman even more than 36 hours later. I’m definitely going back and I’m buying gift certificates for people I love!
