Awful Had a massage appointment at 2 oClock. Had plans made arrangements to get their and enjoy my hour massage.Get their at 1:55 and was told the lady wasn’t their today to give a massage. No phone call prior or any sorry at the front desk for having scheduled my day for this. Just awful

I have been several times over the past few years. I have had a different massage therapist each time and have loved each one. Each was professional and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere of the nail salon can distract while walking to the massage room but trust me that all melts away once you are in your own private room. Amazingly quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend. I wish they posted their list of services online.

Tracie Workman is one of the most skilled massage therapist, I have ever seen. I have had back and neck surgery, and still struggle with pain. Tracie checks in throughout the session and really listens to what I am saying. She uses various techniques, depending on my need at the time. It is obvious that she has years of experience. I have used Tracie’s services many times, and have never been disappointed. So grateful I found her.

I went a week ago and they were awful. I asked multiple times for the owner to please pay attention to my problem areas, he refused. I felt worse when I left than when I arrived. I tried not to cause a seen and just left, my wife had Bridgette and had a good massage, tipped her well,and bought something suggested and left. She did tell the owner I was upset with my service, and he simply said drink water. I called and complained the next day, and they called back saying they wd make it right. So we made another appointment. Bridgette called the day of the 2 appointment and basically told my wife she wd no longer work on her because we had the audacity to complain about bad service. Spitting her previous tip and buying of product back at her. Then Bridgette told us they were having some guy come in to work on us, like it was a hitman and we were blackballed. I called back asked for our money back that we simply didn’t want to go back after the soap opera Bridgette and the owner caused. Was told he wasn’t in and that he would call me back. Have never heard from him. Worst place ever, weird way of handling anything, uncomfortable. Exact opposite of what “relaxing” should be.
