Among other things, what I didn’t like was when I was forced to tip a certain amount. I paid for the membership here. Members get a discounted price. I’ve been going to Massage Palace every time I can (i.e. never enough) since they opened, and except that one time I was assigned a masseuse with long fingernails for a foot massage (ouch), I have nothing but good experiences to report. The place is clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the people very pleasant and professional. My favorite magic-hands masseur is gone, so I’m not sure I’ll renew my VIP plan (although just getting gift certificates at 30% make sit worth it), but in my opinion, it’s a great experience for the price. I’m a good tipper and I know I’m supposed to tip based on full price, so no one ever mentioned anything to me about tipping. If they had, I would probably have put the “tone” on poor English and not gotten offended. Since Covid, I’ve noticed that the employees’ hands are not as soft as usual, and I’m wondering if they switched to lower-quality lotions (or make them wash the towels by hands). So I bring my own lotion. Win-win. If you’re looking for masseuses with a degree in massage and reflexology, this is not the place for you (you can join the two-month waiting list for the super expensive places that have them). But if you’re looking for a reasonably-priced relaxing experience you can schedule whenever you want, then this is the place for you. Just remember to SPEAK UP if something is making you uncomfortable. They will adjust the pressure/material to your liking. Always. Also: Tip well. It goes a long way for both parties.

While the lady at the desk is very polite and nice our massage experience wasn’t good. We checked in for 90 min couple massage , the therapists started the warm up massage with the sheets on top but continued for at least 20 min , my fiancé had to ask when the actual massage started. After 7/10min of the actual massage we asked them to stop , wasn’t at all experienced massage therapist , no pressure whatsoever, completely random . The place was busy and I am sure they must have some good therapists , ask for an experienced one. From our side We won’t be back

The massage was so good but they make you breathe in a contraption pipe which is so so uncomfortable! Defeats the whole idea of relaxing . And after the massage I was told the minimum tip is 18$ !!!! Tipping is a gesture and it’s my choice how much I’d like to tip. The hostess was annoyed with me that I handed only 10$ as a tip !!! Never going back . No thank you ! They should make it clear when people call for appointments or purchasing on Groupon !

Positive: Professionalism, QualityEasy, clean check in ( they even sanitized the bottom of our shoes). Took us right away for a walk in. Beautiful treatment area with calming ambience. We did a 30 min Foot massage. Our massage therapists did a great job…. deep massage and covered all areas. Highly recommend
