I would give them nothing if I could. The worst service I’ve ever got. Not professional. They scheduled appointments for three persons at once, but when I arrived, they changed their minds because they did not have enough staff to complete their work. The manager was extremely nasty; rather than offering an apology, he informed me that he had not spoken to me and had not scheduled an appointment for today. I was driving 35min for hearing “can you please wait 45 min” and then again 45min Do not visit this establishment; spend the same money on good service rather than this quagmire!

I was welcomed by the staff, ready for me even before my appointment began. They showed me hospitality as they hung up my coat and purse before starting my hour-long chair foot massage. I was transported to a state of sweet relaxation through the sounds of relaxing music and water falling as the masseuse soaked my feet in warm water as he massaged my head, neck, shoulders, and arms. He seemed to find all the knots in my feet, and I couldn’t have been more relaxed. I will definitely be returning! Conversation was limited, but mostly because I have a hard time discerning thick accents, which is really more on me than anything. Everyone wore masks and were very professional!

Critical: ProfessionalismWe have been here 2 times prior with good experiences. This time, I was in absolute shock at the unprofessional, rude and shocking demeanor of the owner. I called for an appointment for my Mom, and he was a bit rude on the phone but I brushed it off. We called again that we would be 10 minutes late which he wasn’t happy about but said fine. When I showed up with my Mom, he not only yelled at us, he rudely said he would not honor our appointment. I asked why he didn’t tell me when I called, he rudely said how he has to change everything around now and was literally shouting at us. My Mom wanted to walk out but I wanted my Mom to have a massage. As my Mom and I were discussing what to do, He rudely pointed at my Mom’s face and screamed “Tell me what you want!” We were stunned. He then shouted that again to her. I was stunned. Finally we said what services we wanted and he shouted, “Fine go with her!” and pointed to a massage therapist. The massage itself was fine, but the rude and uncalled for behavior ruined the entire experience. We have been here 2 times prior with good experiences. This time, I was in absolute shock at the unprofessional, rude and shocking demeanor of the owner. Very unprofessional and rude team. The massage therapist did a terrible job and I came out feeling sore and worn out. They only care about tips, and actually pressed me to pay more tip which I did, despite the terrible service. Strongly recommend against Massage Oriental.

Terrible massage employees seemed to be very inexperienced, at least the two that I had. I just wanted to end the massage, then the owner offered a female masseuse? I don’t care the gender I just want a good massage and did not received one. I will never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone.
