She is a Reiki Master, a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist & a Licensed Massage Therapist. Betts has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. She has taught Physical Education to children kindergarten through fifth grade. Her experience is varied, having over 15 years experience working with people of all disabilities and ages. Betts believes every person needs time and space to just be, and slow everything down. She helps people get back to their true selves-balanced, peaceful, and centered.

Betts is fabulous!! Try to get an appointment everything I’m in Sister Bay.. Good pressure, comfortable table, lighting, room temperature. Walked out relaxed and the darkest afternoon that I’ve ever seen. Huge storm rolled in. Got home. Perfect napping weather.

Betts is amazing! Over the past couple months she has been highly recommended to me by numerous people. Today was my first time going in for a massage here. I was having severe lower back & leg pain for the past 5-6 days & having a hard time even walking in to my appointment due to the pain & lower back issues, after just a half hour of chair & some table work, my pain level & stiffness went from easily an 8 down to a 1.5 upon walking out the door! I felt like a whole new person & was so relieved that even something so simple as walking normal was doable again. Betts gave me several helpful suggestions that I can do at home as well to help continue my healing. Definitely will be coming back here for more therapy & good routine maintenance regularly! She connects, makes you feel at ease, listens, & explains things in an understandable way. Very much appreciated!
