I made a couples massage appointment a month in advance. The girl that made the appointment was clear that it was for a couple. I called the day before to confirm as I did not get the email that I was told I would get from them, and was told that the appointment was for one person and they could not accommodate me and my husband unless we came in a different day. Very disappointing as this was a special get a way for the two of us. Hopefully I can get a refund from groupon. They are limited staff and hours. We went to Asian Paradise Spa Vernon Hills and they got us in for the same time and day. The massages were excellent!!! So Motu did us a favor.

Massage was mediocre at best. Was not relaxed at all. Hands were very fast and inconsistent pressure and frequently left my body for product or adjustment which is very uncomfortable for the client anticipating the start of massage again. Very disappointed.

I made appointment and called to switch to the next day. I spoke to someone and they booked my appointment so I thought I get there and nothing was booked for 4:30 . The receptionist didn’t care to do anything . I will be going to massage Envy from now on. I was going here for years now and tipped well.

Good massage while it lasted. My husband and I paid for a 50 minute massage and only got 35 minutes. Disappointed because massages are not cheap

Worst massage we have ever gotten. My boyfriend specifically requested a deep tissue back massage. The masseuse did not touch his back once. Apparently, if you get a hot pack they do not touch your back even after you request it. Even the areas she did massage, were absolutely horrible. On top of everything, she talked the entire time, politics, her life, etc. A massage is meant to be relaxing, not to talk the entire time and make the client uncomfortable. Worst 70 dollars we have ever spent.

Hannah did my facial and it was amazing! I was so relaxed and my skin was flawless the days following my appointment! The spa was very clean and the environment was so calming! Highly recommend a facial with Hannah her hands were magic and I am so excited to try their 50 minute massage!
