Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMassage Moon is great! I found them by chance on Google while looking for a couples massage for my partner and I for her birthday. As of this review, they are a new business and I am all for supporting new businesses.When my partner and I arrived, we were greeted immediately, asked if we needed to use the restroom first, and then taken to the couples massage room. We were left alone to prepare and lay on the massage beds. We were not rushed at all, and the experience was very comfortable. The masseuses both wore masks throughout the massage, but offered us the option of taking our masks off if that made us more comfortable.The massage was on two massage beds with clean sheets. The ambience of the room added a lot. It was mostly dark with some dim lighting and soft music. There were heaters under the bed and in the room to ensure comfort. For me, it got a little bit too warm, so they turned these off.I was asked what type of massage I would like and chose ‘deep tissue.’ My masseuse was very attentive and was quick to check-in if she suspected that I may have been uncomfortable with the pressure level.As someone who is not familiar or used to receiving a full body massage, I found it to be a relaxing and comfortable experience.The massage was great for my partner and I. We got the 60-minute couples massage. The warm oil they use was organic coconut oil and felt amazing. At the end of the massage, the masseuses offered a hot towel service.After the massage, the masseuse left us alone to get dressed. We were not rushed out or hurried, which was very nice. When we went back to the lobby, the masseuse had provided two complimentary post-massage bottles of water to each of us.I am planning on returning to try out the other types of massages that they offer.TL;DR: 10/10, definitely going again.Massage Moon is great! Clean, professional and attentive staff. I’m so thrilled with this place since I just happened to find it on Google and also I got a same day appointment.

Positive: ProfessionalismI tried Massage Moon on the recommendation of a co-worker. I had a little trouble finding the place because the name is not on the build signs yet but I was greeted by my therapist at the front door and shown inside. The lobby is inviting and clean. The room was clean and linens were fresh. The table was comfortable with plenty of padding. The massage was excellent as I almost fell asleep. The pressure was not to much and my therapist spent a little extra time on a tight spot between my shoulder blades that helped a lot. The best part was the shoulder, neck and head massage. Not many therpists spend much time on head massage but the one I got here was probably the best I have had. I had a little trouble finding the place because the name is not on the build signs yet but I was greeted by my therapist at the front door and shown inside. The lobby is inviting and clean.
