Ralph is the best massage therapist I have ever come across and just a wonderful person! He is incredible knowledgeable and knows just how to relieve areas you didn’t even realize were tight and painful. As a dentist it is incredible to come across a massage therapist who can treat muscular tmd disorders and Ralph is among the best. I will miss him immensely when I move! It’s worth noting that I drive 1.5 hours to go see him and it’s completely worth it!

Ralph, one of the massage therapists, does an absolutely amazing job! Both my husband and I have gone. I go weekly my husband just started. We have many many friends who also go to Ralph. I have only had therapeutic massage but I imagine the relaxation massages are just as good. He is very knowledgeable and helps to not only find the source of your pain but helps relieve it. Hands down BEST massage I have ever received. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Ralph and I feel like a whole new person! Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and explained why I was so tense in certain areas. I had no idea how much pain I was actually in until he worked it out. Not only was the massage amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating. I called to book a last minute appointment for 2 of us (after calling at least 8 other spas who couldn’t take more than one person at a time) and they got us in 30 minutes later. I will definitely be back!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a bad reaction to a statin drug, that caused severe pain in my shoulders & arms. Not wanting to use anything stronger than ibuprophen for the pain, i considered therapeutic massage. My husband recommended Massage Medics, having been a patron for many years. Ralph, my massage therapist, has done 5 therapeutic massages in the past 11 days. There is noticeable improvement! He is a kind, skilled professional, & he has explained the “hows & whys” of this particular massage. Some of his procedures are “difficult,” but necessary, & the results are significant. For this, i will be forever grateful. I had my second appointment today and it was just as impeccable as the first. Rene was so good on my first visit I bought the 10 session package right away. I knew from the start that she’d be the one who can help me. I have severe tennis elbow pain and pain in my neck and shoulders. She works with perfection, ease and understanding. She knows exactly where the problem areas are. Her patience with me when I jump in pain means that she’s a true professional. I would recommend her to anyone with severe to mild pain.
