Christina not only replied with a thoughtful message detailing her sterilization practices and safety protocols (on a weekend evening) but took the time to personally call me and answer any questions with genuine sincerity and patience. This was an easy choice and I trust her even as I purchase the gift from out of state. I cannot speak personally to having had a massage at the establishment, but can only imagine she must take equal care and rigorous attention to detail for her clients to ensure a positive experience.
