I wasn’t planning on going back here because I found it frustrating to schedule an appointment with a gift certificate I bought from them (not Groupon). But I gotta say… Jasmine gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. My neck feels so much better, and it’s been close to a month since I had an appointment. It was so relaxing and she worked some magic. I had a wonderful massage with Shani! She had a calming and professional demeanor, which immediately made me feel comfortable, and she was very attentive to the areas that I wanted to address. The massage was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling great. My back feels better than it has in a very long time! I’d highly recommend Massage Lofts and Shani!

Long story short, I purchased the Groupon for my husband for Father’s Day. Tried scheduling TWICE. First time he scheduled and they canceled. Second time I scheduled and everything seemed to be ok. Received several texts to confirm the appointment over the past few days and it was stressed that there was a cancelation fee if we canceled within such and such amount of time of the appointment. Which was fine because we wouldn’t cancel it anyways, especially since we took off of work for it. Anyways, I received a text ONE HOUR before our appointment “Hi Ms Jennifer unfortunately one of the therapist scheduled to do your massage just called off at the last minute. We can you see one of you but not both today or reschedule you both, I’m so sorry.”. An hour before our appointment though!?!?! And y’all didn’t even have the decency to CALL me instead of sending a text!?!?! Are you guys going to pay ME a cancelation fee then!!?!? We took time off of work for our appointment so this place wasted our time and our money!! Their answer seems to always be “you can get a refund from Groupon”. How about FIXING the ongoing issue!!! If yall don’t like Groupons then why even offer them!?!?! And yes, we can get a refund but we can’t get our time back! It’s extremely clear that this place doesn’t care at all about their customers, their customer’s time or their customer’s money! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will always advice against it.

Positive: Communication, QualityI had my first professional massage on a Carnival cruise ship and thought no where would I get that level of care or professionalism anywhere else. Massage Loft lives up to that experience and is the only place my husband and I would get a massage unless we’re on a cruise ship! They are professional yet very down to earth. You get a great vibe as soon as you enter the door. As for the actual massage…well I can say I might have been to heaven for 60min! Massage Loft lives up to that experience and is the only place my husband and I would get a massage unless we’re on a cruise ship! They are professional yet very down to earth.
