Tuesday (3 days ago) was my second time visiting Irma. The first time was a gift my husband and I gave to each other for Christmas, an hour long massage for each of us just to relax and enjoy. Irma gave us both a very good full body massage. This week was because I was having a problem with my shoulder due to some resistance training that I apparently did incorrectly. Irma did an amazing job on my neck and shoulder. I was a little sore the next day but by Thursday I was playing golf (and had some really good shots for a change!). Today, I felt almost back to normal. I can’t thank Irma enough. I will be back.

Irma is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s strong and knows which areas of your body need her focus. It’s so hard to find someone that intuitively knows to focus on specific areas instead of just going through the motions. I’ve been going to Irma for deep tissue massages for several years now. As a CrossFit athlete, she is such an important part of my recovery. I see her regularly to keep my body functioning properly but sometimes it’s just to de-stress from work. One of the best parts is that her prices are absolutely fair and you always get the full 60 mins (or 90 mins) of massage. You won’t be disappointed!
