So here’s a brief history. Started lifting heavy at 31 and stopped at 36. Had two back injuries, a knee, and shoulder injury. All semi-healed. Started whitewater kayaking at 37. Worked as an electrician since 30. Played competitive ice hockey from 6 to 22. Marine infantry from 22 to 28. I’ve beat my body up. Nothing unmanageable until I hit 40 five months ago. In that time I’ve tried glucosamine, bought a theragun, inversion table, and lacrosse ball massager. I’ve gone to the chiropractor. Tried stretching. Bought a top notch mattress and pillow. Nothing worked.
