Love this place! They have great massage therapists on staff that customize your massage to your needs. If you show up early, they offer you a refreshment while you wait in the quiet comfy room (I’m sure it has an official name, but that’s what I like to call it). The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful. & Their retail options are always good. I’ve tried the dead sea bath salt, the magnesium salt, I’ve purchased some of the jewelry they have on hand. It’s all good.

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so nice, you will feel relaxed before you even get a message lol they offer hot neck wraps, drinks, and the whole place smells like essential oils. My massage therapist was Kelli and she was awesome! Polite, professional, she explained everything and gave me the best massage! Took away my back pain. Recommend 100%.

The therapist was nice, anyways I called and request a massage w/ magnesium, I was never asked which type of massage so I assume i could take any but the said the therapist just new the Swedish, ok let’s do it. Told them 3 times i wanted Magnesium on it ( phone, front desk, therapist ) and for some reason the lady did not use it, i think she did not even know what it was. Anyways the worst part is the lady that checked me in tried to lie and said that she did use the magnesium gel. Shady, bad customer service, massages are just ok ( this was my second and last ) cancelled my membership, there are plenty of places in HV and FM, go to another.

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this was terrible customer service and I see from the other one star reviews I wasn’t the only one to be ripped off. I was a member and had racked up a few months of massages I hadn’t used. They closed for construction for a couple months so I couldn’t go in as the other locations aren’t close to me. My card on file expired during this time so they called and I tried to update it over the phone. They said no I have to come in person to update my card. With Covid and travel I wasn’t able to make it in until now so I tried to restart my membership and schedule a massage which I intended to pay for. I asked if my three I had ALREADY paid for would be on my account and she said only if I paid for my 4 inactive months. Huh? Awful customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I doubt they’ll care based on their response over the phone. Great way to lose repeat business.

Great experience, staff, and prices. Vince is the best therapist I have come across and tried many places! I drive all the way from Fort Worth to their Highland Villiage location and am never let down by the service. Only complaint I’ve ever had is the monthly membership. If the payment doesn’t go through you might be notified, but it’s hard when you have no idea it didn’t go through, and you will still get the same appointment confirmations and everything seems fine until you get there and they say the payment didn’t go through, so you have to figure out how to pay right then or go all the way back home for nothing. Really wish there was more clarity there but the service is amazing!

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The place was beautiful and had a warming, relaxing feel to it. This was my first time here and I was very pleased. My Therapist Mark worked on my key areas that really needed help and adjusted to my level of pressure that I enjoyed the best. I ended up signing up for their membership!

My advice is to just get a massage one at time from anywhere. You don’t need to sign up for there membership it’s a WASTE OF MONEY.
